By registering for the Idaho Professional Roundtable, you agree to pay the applicable registration fee at the time of checkout. Early bird pricing of $99.00 is available for registrations completed on or before September 30, 2026. Regular pricing of $125.00 applies to all registrations completed on or after October 1, 2026. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and a confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. Registration is limited to one ticket per order.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be issued for cancellation requests received on or before October 16, 2026. Refund requests received after October 16, 2026 will be honored but are subject to a $50 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

The Idaho Professional Roundtable is designed to offer continuing education credit hours relevant to attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and insurance professionals. While we make every effort to secure approval across applicable licensing boards, CE credit approval ultimately rests with the relevant governing board for your profession and license type. We do not guarantee that every CE credit type requested will be approved, and attendees are responsible for confirming credit eligibility with their own licensing authority.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, session topics, or venue location if circumstances require it. In the unlikely event the conference is postponed or cancelled entirely, registered attendees will be notified by email and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future date.

By attending the Idaho Professional Roundtable, attendees agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward speakers, staff, and fellow attendees. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from registration or attendance at this event will be resolved in accordance with Idaho state law. Continued registration and attendance constitute agreement to these terms.
