We are pleased to present two keynote speakers at the Idaho Professional Roundtable:
Joshua Reams, J.D. is a partner with The Elder Law Group of Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group L.L.P. who will deliver the Opening Keynote.
Robert Sendlove, Senior Economist at Zions Bank, who will deliver the Luncheon Keynote.
Both presentations will serve as highlights of the Idaho Professional Roundtable program.

Joshua Reams is a Partner with The Elder Law Group of Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group LLP, where his practice focuses on estate planning, asset preservation, long-term care planning, Medicaid planning, veterans’ benefits, and incapacity planning for seniors.
Joshua earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Northwest Nazarene University and his J.D. summa cum laude from Willamette University College of Law, where he graduated as Class Valedictorian. He is also accredited by the Veterans Administration and serves as Chair of the Board for the Greater Idaho Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Robert Spendlove serves as Senior Economist for Zions Bank, where he monitors economic indicators, financial markets, demographics, and public policy developments. He frequently advises policymakers and speaks to business and civic groups throughout Idaho and across the United States.
Robert is also a trusted media resource, known for making complex economic trends clear and understandable. He earned his Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in economic public policy from the University of Utah.

Ben Fuhriman is a financial advisor, financial counselor, and owner of Teton Crest Wealth Planning. He holds the CFP®, AFC®, and BFA™ designations, along with a master’s degree in Family Financial Planning.
Ben also serves in the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 30. He brings together financial expertise, public-policy insight, and behavioral finance to explore how emotions, habits, and cognitive biases influence financial decision-making and long-term financial outcomes.

Dave Bagley focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, tax matters, and business transactions. He is a leading member of Racine Olson’s estate planning team and works with clients on everything from simple wills to complex trusts and business succession matters.
Dave earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Idaho, and he also teaches in the accounting department at Idaho State University.

John P. Osai is Vice President, Trust and Investment Officer with Idaho Trust Company, where he helps individuals and families navigate advanced wealth, trust, and estate planning needs with thoughtful, personalized guidance.
A member of the Idaho State Bar since 2006, John brings a diverse background in law, business, real estate, and construction to his work. He is also an active member of the Idaho State Bar Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section and the Eastern Idaho Estate Planning Council.

Joshua Searle is a Partner at Searle Hart & Associates, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofits. His expertise includes business formation, tax planning, IRS resolution, estate and trust taxation.
Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Idaho, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He is a member of the Idaho Society of CPAs and AICPA and serves as Chair of the Supervisory Committee for East Idaho Credit Union.

Steve Sabol is a financial services veteran with more than two decades of experience in life insurance sales, advanced planning, product development, case design, and advisor education. As a Regional Vice President, he works with independent financial professionals to develop strategies for legacy, protection, estate, retirement, business, and agricultural planning.
Steve is also an experienced national speaker and content creator, known for making complex life insurance concepts practical and approachable.

Robert J. Couch is Office Managing Shareholder of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Idaho Falls office, focusing on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and real estate matters.
Rob advises companies of all sizes, helping business owners develop practical solutions to complex legal, transactional, and governance issues. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and brings a practical, business-focused perspective to his work.

Daniel Packard is a Partner at Cooper Norman, where he serves as Director of Growth and Chair of the Medical Industry. He works closely with self-employed individuals and business owners, bringing expertise in taxation, business valuation, accounting, and financial strategy.
Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Idaho and his master’s degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. As a CPA, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Fraud Examiner, he helps clients navigate tax planning, business transitions, retirement and estate strategies, and long-term financial decision-making.

Trent Yost has more than two decades of experience in financial planning, investment management, and risk management. He began his career in insurance before expanding into comprehensive wealth management and later becoming a partner at Idaho Planning Service.
In 2019, Trent co-founded Red Cedar Wealth Advisors, where he serves as Managing Partner.
He also serves as Education and Program Development Chair for NAIFA Idaho, helping shape educational standards for financial professionals across the state.
